What even is this?

Escape Or Die is a cinematic escape room experience featuring a unique set of puzzles teams will navigate to escape.

How do I play?

Like any Escape Room, you and your team solve puzzles to progress. However, unlike other Escape Rooms, solving puzzles will reward you with pieces of the horror-themed story.

How much does it cost?

3 People: $195, $65pp

4 People: $216, $54pp

5 People: $245, $49pp

6 People: $294, $49pp

What should I bring?

Bring whatever you need to solve puzzles, from reading glasses to a can-do attitude!

Can I bring an extra person or two?

As long as your team stays under 6 members, you can pay for additional players in-store.

Is there an age limit?

As the story features adult themes, we recommend a minimum age of 15 years old.

Are there any live actors?

There are no live actors at Escape or Die.

How do I get there?

We are located on the corner of Lygon and Barkly St in Brunswick East.

CAR: There is plenty of 2 hour parking on Lygon St and Barkly St, it will only be a short walk from either of these two streets.

TRAM: Take the 1 or 6 tram and exit at the Brunswick Road stop.

TRAIN: Take the Upfield railway line and exit at Jewell station,

it is about a 10 minute walk down Barkly St to Escape or Die.

What is Ukiyo?

Ukiyo is an indie studio that owns Escape Or Die. We adopted the game in 2023 because we enjoyed it so much. Ukiyo also makes other (less gruesome) games, which you can find on our main website.
